1. Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and platform transaction fees incurred with your purchase will not be refunded.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at botongautoelectronics@gmail.com.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at botongautoelectronics@gmail.com.
