Important Notes for Generator Installation with New IGBT:
 
Battery Charging: Ensure the 48V lithium battery is charged to approximately 70% capacity (around 49.5V) before starting the car. While the vehicle may start at lower voltages, doing so can cause significant damage to the generator. Please take a photo of the battery level and send it to me for verification.
 
Antifreeze Filling: Use the vacuum filling method when adding antifreeze. Simply filling it and using a computer to bleed air will only clear the engine, leaving air in the generator’s cooling channels. This can lead to poor heat dissipation, which will directly impact the generator's lifespan. This is especially crucial when replacing the IGBT module, as improper antifreeze filling can exacerbate the issue with the already low power rate of the original IGBT.
